SIHER on 2010 INTERNATIONAL LOUNGE(SHOW) OF THE EQUPEMENTS OF THE HOTEL BUSINESS AND THE RESTORATION(CATERING) COMPETITION(HELP) OF the BEST CHEF Theme: the olive oil in the Tunisian cooking(kitchen) Outside the SIHER 2010 The General Expo company (Group International SOGEFOIRES) organized the competition(help) of the Best Chef in association with Mister Rafik TLATLI famous master(teacher) cook, and on Friday, February 5th, 2010 in the center of the Exhibitions(Exposures) of Tunis - Charguia. Five Chefs representing hotels and Tunisian restaurants participated in this competition(help) in his(her,its) 17th edition(publishing) which has for theme ' " olive oil in the Tunisian cooking(kitchen) ", the participants were rewarded by an expert jury in the domain. The chefs chose original dishes stemming from regional traditions and the olive oil of which is the base of every recipe(takings), we quote: - Romdhane AMMAR prepared " Matmour of Sahel " droo couscous in octopus - Amor GAALOUL: earthenware cooking pot(meat stew) bounarine - Imed BEN CHATTIA: one thousand sheets(leaves) of grouper in the olive oil on vinaigrette - Salah BOUAFIA prepared "Charmoula Bizertine" - Moncef STOUTI: Malfouf of octopus. The participating leaders all gained(won) valuable presents offered by the biggest exhibitors as well as the SOGEFOIRES. Three prize-winners are in order: - Salah BOUAFIA who gained(won) 1000 Dinars offered by Tunisian Olive Oil with a score of 352,5. - Moncef STOUTI, 2nd Price(Prize), with a score of 345,5. - Amor GAALOUL with 334 points. Presents were distributed during a reception organized by the SOGEFOIRES.
